Col Solare

Col Solare is a partnership between two wine producers who are dominant forces in their respective regions. When Marchese Piero Antinori journeyed to Washington's Columbia Valley in 1992, he discovered an emerging wine region supported by the ardent leadership of Ted Baseler at Chateau Ste. Michelle. The two companies united with a shared goal of producing Washington's best Cabernet Sauvignon-based wine.

    Col Solare Red Mountain Winery and Estate Vineyard invites guests to bask in the sunshine and marvel at Red Mountain’s breathtaking sunsets during Saturday Sole’ celebrations, each Saturday May-September from 1 p.m. - 9 p.m. No appointment is necessary for these weekly wine tasting events, featuring Col Solare’s acclaimed red wine available for purchase by the glass, flight, or bottle and a menu of savory cicchetti – or small bites – to enjoy and pair with the wines. Admission is free and open to all, ages 21 and over.
